Soft-Web Digital is a software development and business automation studio based in Lagos, Nigeria. We design, build and maintain SaaS platforms, mobile apps, fintech products, marketplaces, logistics systems and HR tools, and we automate manual business processes for companies in Nigeria, across Africa and internationally.

Soft-Web Digital is a 15-person in-house team of product managers, product designers, frontend, backend, mobile and AI engineers, DevOps and QA specialists. The studio was founded and is led by Mayowa O. George, who has more than ten years of experience across product design, engineering and product management.

Yes. Soft-Web Digital works with clients locally and internationally. The team is based in Lagos and works remotely with founders and companies in other countries, with a product manager as your single point of contact throughout the project.

Every project starts with a discovery conversation, either a strategy session or the request a quote questionnaire. From that we produce a written scope covering what will be built, the constraints, and a phased plan, so you know what you are paying for before development begins.

The cost depends on scope: the number of user types, the integrations such as payments, and whether you need web, mobile or both. We give you a quote after discovery, once the scope is written down. If a custom build is more than you need, a Ready to Launch solution costs less than building the same thing from scratch.

A Ready to Launch solution is a complete, tested platform that Soft-Web Digital brands, configures and deploys for your business instead of building from zero. Current solutions include a giftcard and crypto exchange, a fintech and bill payment platform, an HR and staffing system, a service listing marketplace and a multilevel marketing system.

It depends on scope. A Ready to Launch solution is the fastest route because the product already exists and only needs branding, configuration and deployment. A custom build takes longer, which is why we agree a phased plan up front and ship in short iterations with a demo at each checkpoint.
